The service here is top-notch! the rooms are beautifully updated, trendy, and cozy, featuring a super spacious bed for a good night's sleep. 😊

The staff were friendly and gave us good advice on where to get a taxi ( both in spanish&english)and even the best route to drive to Malaga! We were also allowed a late check out,at a modest fee and a very early entry to our room on arrival.The lady on reception remembered us from our stay 2 weeks earlier too. We could also choose the location of our room ( back of the hotel is quiet). We made 2 overnight stays here at beginning and end of a cruise we took from Barcelona. The hotel is not luxurious, but very adequate for a quick overnight stay or 2 or 3 day city break. Very convenient for Ramblas ( 5 min walk). I would stay here again.

Close to main street of La Ramblas and to the cruise port. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and furnished to a good standard. Great value.

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Ideal location for people cruising from Barcelona. We stayed here the night before a cruise. Taxi for two people with two suitcases from the hotel to the port area was 10 euros. Hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Security for access to the hotel was in place. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was no noise from the busy street outside. The Ramblas was 5 minutes walk away.

Excellent location near the Parallel metro station.

The rooms here were nice and modern, they had a comfy double bed and an awesome view. the bathroom was decent. We really appreciated having the wake-up service available ⏰.

We stayed there for one night and had a really great experience, would absolutely stay here again. We booked comfort room that was complete with the bathroom, a double bed, for instance as advertised. The staff was nice and exceptional, truly enjoyed this place.

The staff are very kind and offer helpful services. the comfort room is gorgeous with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set with satellite channels. - the property has a great location, close to the beach.
